SAGAR V. KULKARNI. is masters in graduate (M.Com), Commerce in graduate (B.Com) and he is an associate member of ICSI. He is serving as practicing CS in industry since last 5 years.
His areas of practice includes

The Secretarial Audits under the Companies Act, 2013;
Secretarial and Due Diligence Audits under the Company Law;
Foreign Exchange Management laws;
Formation and Management of JV Companies;
Formations and management of LLPs;
Trademark, Patent, Copyright Services
Registrations under the MSMED Act etc.

He is regular faculty to the programs conducted by ICSI, various tax consultant organizations, colleges and universities. He is actively involved with ICSI on so many forums.

He hold the position of as Chairman of the Nashik Chapter of WIRC of ICSI in the year 2019.
He is currently working as Managing committee member and PDC Chairman of Nashik Chapter of WIRC of ICSI, year 2020,2021 & 2022.
He is also actively working with WIRC of ICSI as member to various committees.
He was member of ICSI WIRC e-newsletter FOCUS editorial board in the year 2020.
He conducted so many programs for members, students at Nashik Chapter of WIRC of ICSI as a host.
Currently he is member of CSBF Committee of WIRC of ICSI for the year 2021.
In his chairmanship during 2019-20 he won 2nd award for WIRC of ICSI in Yuvostav held in EIRC, Kolkata.
Recently, in October 2021 with his and his team efforts, Nashik Chapter of WIRC of ICSI won 2nd Award in Career Awareness program (CAP) Competition organized by WIRC of ICSI in silver grade category.
